2. Services
The AI-Era Corporate Readiness Diagnostic, Deep-Dive Reports, consultations, the I'MREADY programme and institutional sessions.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
4. Payments
All prices are in Indian rupees. Payments are made through our payment provider or by UPI. Fees are subject to our Refund Policy.
5. Personal links
Your diagnostic link is for you alone. Do not share it.
6. Confidential content
The diagnostic, the I'MREADY programme, and their materials, questions, cases, rubrics and scoring are PanCareer's intellectual property and are confidential. Do not copy, record (audio, video or screen), photograph, publish, share or reproduce any of them, and do not enter them into AI tools to train on, reproduce or summarise them. We may disable access if this term is breached, and we may take legal action for misuse.
7. Results
Scorecards and reports are informational. They do not guarantee employment, placement, promotion or any other outcome.
8. Acceptable use
Do not give false information, misuse the services, disrupt them, or try to bypass payment or access controls.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fee you paid for the service concerned.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law. The courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version shown at the time of your payment applies to your purchase.
