An 18-day, evaluation-driven readiness system. Participants complete five documented pieces of work, including a recorded live defense, each scored against a rubric and annotated by an evaluator. The programme page has the overview.

No. The diagnostic, the reports and the programme build and document your skills, but they do not guarantee employment, placement or promotion.

A 90-minute online diagnostic that shows how you reason when AI can produce the work. You work through a real business situation and receive a personal scorecard out of 100.

There is no timer. Brief answers can take as little as 20 minutes, and thoughtful answers take longer. Most students need 30–60 minutes. Please start when you have time to finish in one go.

College students, final-year students, MBA students and young graduates.

After payment you receive your personal diagnostic link. The link is for you alone and works once.

Your score out of 100 shows where your judgment is strong and where it is not, based on how you reasoned in this diagnostic. It is informational and does not predict a hiring outcome.

Every scorecard is personally reviewed by Praful S. Nair. Your responses may first be processed with AI-assisted tools. The Privacy Policy explains this.

An optional follow-up. The ₹750 version gives you a candid written read of your scorecard and a 20-minute one-to-one consultation with the Program Director. The report is delivered within 2 working days of payment. Students who attended a college session can buy a report-only version for ₹100, which does not include a consultation.

You pay online by UPI or card before you receive your link. We do not see or store your card details.

No. Diagnostic and report fees are non-refundable once paid. The exceptions are a duplicate payment, a payment taken without access being given, or our being unable to deliver. The 18-day programme can be cancelled for a refund at least 48 hours before it starts. The Refund Policy has the full terms.

Approved refunds are processed within 14 days.

The full I'MREADY system, run over 18 days in three phases: a campus intensive, a guided online sprint and a live group defense. The fee is ₹7,999 per participant.

A cohort snapshot of how the group performed. Each participating student receives a personal scorecard within 48 hours. Individual responses stay with PanCareer.

To run the diagnostic, deliver your scorecard and reports, and contact you about your request. We keep student data for 3 years and then delete or anonymise it. We do not sell data. See the Privacy Policy.
