This policy explains how PanCareer, operated by Praful S. Nair ("PanCareer", "we"), handles your personal data.

PanCareer operates online and delivers sessions at partner venues. Please contact us at contact@pancareer.in.

1. What we collect

• Students: name, email, phone, college, course and year of study.
• Institutions: name, role, institution, contact details and session requirements.
• Your diagnostic responses and scores.
• Payment references (for example a transaction ID).
• Basic website usage data.

2. Why we use it

To run the diagnostic, deliver your scorecard and reports, contact you about your request, and improve our service. We rely on your consent.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by our payment provider (Razorpay) or by UPI. We do not receive or store your card details, UPI PIN or bank login.

4. How your diagnostic is evaluated

Your diagnostic responses may be processed using AI-assisted tools and are reviewed by a human evaluator.

5. Who sees your data

Only PanCareer, and the service providers we use to operate (hosting, email, Google tools, payments and analytics). We do not sell your data.

6. Institutions

If you took part through your institution, it receives only a cohort-level summary, not your individual responses.

7. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics, and may use advertising measurement tools such as the Meta Pixel, to understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising.

8. How long we keep your data

We keep student data for 3 years, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

9. Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent (including to updates), by writing to contact@pancareer.in. We acknowledge your request within 48 hours.

10. Age

Our services are intended for people aged 18 and above. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must consent before you register.

11. Security

We use secure connections and restrict access to your data. No system is completely free of risk.

12. Changes

We will publish any updates on this page.
