The problem
Many hiring managers now probe a new question in interviews: is this candidate thinking, or relaying what a language model said? A model can produce the analysis, the report and the recommendation. It cannot take responsibility for a decision when a senior challenges it, live, with no time to prepare. That responsibility is what I'MREADY trains, and it is what keeps a graduate valuable.

AI is part of every submission
Most programmes mention AI in a slide or two. In I'MREADY it is built into the work itself. Every submission has to deal with AI openly: where it helped, where it fell short, and why the participant's own judgment should stand. Evaluators score that reasoning, not the polish of the output.

Campus intensive
Case-based sessions led by the Program Director, built on Indian business problems. Participants leave with their first completed work.
Phase 2

Independent sprint
Short daily lessons and guided independent work, with checkpoints along the way. Nothing to install.
Phase 3
Live · recorded
Group defense
Participants defend their work in small groups before the Program Director, in a recorded session. Scores and written notes follow within 48 hours.

Five artifacts, each verifiable by an employer
Participants finish with five documented pieces of work, including a recorded live defense. Each is scored against a rubric and annotated by an evaluator. An employer can ask to watch the defense, read the scores and review the notes. The result is a record of performance that goes well beyond attendance.

Light on logistics
There is no portal to learn and nothing to install. Participants need a phone and an internet connection.

Praful has spent 15+ years in banking and India's apex trade-promotion body, including roles at the India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO, Senior Manager) and State Bank of India.
