Part C: I'MReady Programme (₹7,999)
Programme fee: ₹7,999
1. Scope
This policy applies to individual enrolments in the I'MReady AI-Era Corporate Readiness Programme offered by PanCareer for a fee of ₹7,999.
The policy governs cancellation requests, participant withdrawals, non-attendance, payment-related deductions and changes to the scheduled programme.
It does not automatically apply to separately purchased assessments, reports, consultations or institutional engagements.
2. Cancellation before commencement
A participant may request cancellation of an enrolment by submitting a written request to PanCareer at the official email address specified in this policy.
To qualify for a refund under the pre-commencement cancellation provision, the cancellation request must be received at least 48 hours before the scheduled commencement of the programme.
Requests received within 48 hours of commencement, or after the programme has commenced, will not qualify for a refund under this provision.
The date and time at which PanCareer receives the written cancellation request will be used to determine whether the 48-hour deadline has been met.
A qualifying pre-commencement cancellation will be processed in accordance with Section 4 of this policy, subject to applicable law.
3. No refund after programme commencement
Once the programme has commenced, the programme fee is non-refundable in the event of a participant's withdrawal, discontinuation, non-attendance or failure to complete the programme.
This applies whether the participant attends all, some or none of the remaining programme activities after commencement, and whether the decision to withdraw arises from a change in personal circumstances, availability, preference or other reasons attributable to the participant.
Non-attendance, absence from an individual session, failure to participate in an activity, or a decision not to complete the programme does not create an entitlement to a refund or a proportionate reduction of the programme fee.
Participants are therefore advised to review the programme structure, schedule, delivery arrangements and their own availability before completing enrolment and payment.
This provision governs participant-initiated withdrawal and non-attendance. It does not purport to exclude any remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
4. Refund amount and payment-related charges
Where a cancellation qualifies for a refund under Section 2, the refund will be calculated after accounting for the programme fee actually received and any payment-related charges that are lawfully deductible.
Credit-card processing charges, payment-gateway fees, payment-platform charges, transaction fees and other payment-processing costs will not be refunded to the extent that they were actually incurred, are non-recoverable by PanCareer and may lawfully be excluded from the refund. Payment-gateway charges are typically about 2% plus GST of the amount paid, and will be stated in the refund communication.
No amount will be deducted as a payment-processing charge merely because it is described as such. Any deduction must reflect an actual charge or cost and comply with applicable law.
The amount eligible for refund will be communicated to the participant. Any refund will be made through the original payment method wherever practicable, subject to the requirements of the relevant payment provider.
5. Programme commencement and schedule
The scheduled commencement date will be communicated to the participant in writing before the programme begins.
For the purposes of this policy, commencement means the start of the first scheduled programme activity, as communicated to the participant.
Participants are responsible for reviewing the confirmed schedule and submitting any cancellation request within the deadline specified in Section 2.
6. Rescheduling and changes to programme arrangements
PanCareer may need to make reasonable changes to the schedule, delivery arrangements or other operational aspects of the programme.
Where a change is material, PanCareer will communicate the revised arrangements to the affected participants.
If PanCareer makes a material change to the schedule or delivery arrangements, the participant may accept the revised arrangement, transfer to a later programme offering, or receive a full refund.
7. Cancellation or non-delivery by PanCareer
If PanCareer cancels the programme or is unable to commence or deliver it, the participant may choose a revised date or a full refund. A refund under this section is the full fee paid, with no deduction.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude a remedy that is mandatory under applicable law in the event of non-delivery, deficiency in service or another legally recognised ground.
8. Submitting a cancellation or refund request
A request must be submitted in writing to contact@pancareer.in and should include:
- Participant's full name.
- Email address used for enrolment.
- Payment date and amount.
- Programme commencement date.
- Payment reference or transaction ID.
- A brief statement identifying the request.
PanCareer may request reasonable additional information necessary to verify the enrolment and payment.
PanCareer will acknowledge a cancellation or refund request within 48 hours and communicate the outcome or the status of any necessary verification within 14 calendar days.
9. Refund processing
Where a refund is approved, PanCareer will initiate the refund within 14 calendar days of approval, subject to verification of the payment and receipt of any information reasonably necessary to process it.
The time taken by a bank, card issuer, payment gateway or other payment provider to credit the amount may vary. PanCareer will provide available transaction-reference details upon request.
10. Programme outcomes
The I'MReady programme is intended to develop and assess capabilities relevant to corporate readiness in an AI-enabled workplace.
Enrolment does not guarantee employment, placement, promotion, a particular assessment score or any specific career outcome. A participant's dissatisfaction with their own performance or failure to achieve a particular personal or professional outcome does not, by itself, create an entitlement to a refund.
11. Applicable law and statutory rights
This policy will be interpreted in accordance with applicable Indian law.
Nothing in this policy is intended to waive or exclude a statutory right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded by contract. If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
12. Complaints
Questions or complaints concerning cancellations, payments or refunds may be sent to:
Contact: Praful S. Nair, Program Director
Email: contact@pancareer.in
Business address: 49D, Pocket F, Mayur Vihar Phase 2, New Delhi 110091
Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within one month.
13. Policy version
The version of this policy displayed and made available to the participant at the time of enrolment will ordinarily apply to that enrolment, subject to applicable law.
Any revised version will identify its effective date and will not retrospectively remove a right that has already accrued.
